Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

We process and ship orders within one business day. On rare occasions, processing can take up to two days.
Please note that the delivery time may vary depending upon the service selected and that the shipping times stated are estimates. USPS does not guarantee their Priority Mail will be delivered in the time stated. We are not responsible for postal service delays or delays caused by government agencies (customs) for international orders.
For international orders, customers may be required to pay duties as charged by their countries. We do not collect duties or add them to your order.
Customers can return new and unused products within 30 days. Customers are required to pay for return shipping. Once we receive a return, we will return your original payment less shipping charges within 7 days.
Attach the invoice or a note with the order number and write “RETURN.” We recommend that you use a form of shipping that provides a tracking number.
Note: If using Paypal to check out, Paypal has a service to cover your return shipping cost.
Customers can exchange new and unused products within 30 days. Customers should contact us at email@example.com to arrange an exchange. The customer will need to purchase the new item (of equal or greater value) then ship back the original item. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the original purchase price. For U.S. customers, we will also refund the shipping cost.
We work hard to get the order right from the beginning! If there is any error on our part, we will pay for return shipping.
